Cookie policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This page explains which cookies and which other information the ailligence.it website stores in your browser. In short: technical cookies only, needed for the site to work. There are no profiling, advertising or third-party cookies, so your consent is not required (Italian Data Protection Authority, decision of 10 June 2021).
Technical cookies
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
ailligence_session | Browsing session: keeps together the requests of the same visit, for example to show you the errors of a form without losing what you wrote. | 2 hours from the last page visited |
XSRF-TOKEN | Security: protects the forms from submissions forged by other sites. | 2 hours from the last page visited |
They are first-party cookies: they are set only by ailligence.it and are not read by anyone else.
Reserved area: only for people who sign in to the reserved area and tick «Remember me», the site also sets the remember_web_… cookie, which keeps you signed in for 400 days or until you sign out. Visitors who do not sign in never receive it.
Information stored in the browser (localStorage)
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
ail-theme | Remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. | Until you clear it from the browser |
ailligence-avviso-cookie | Remembers that you closed the cookie notice, so it is not shown again. | Until you clear it from the browser |
These are choices you make about how the site looks: they stay only in your browser and are not sent to anyone.
Cookie-free statistics
Visit statistics use no cookies and store nothing in your browser: I only view them in aggregate form, I run them myself, without third-party services, and the fingerprint used to count the visitors of a day can no longer be traced back to anyone once the day's key is deleted. How they work is explained in the privacy policy, point 3.
Links to external services
The links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and GitHub lead to external sites: only when you open them can those sites use their own cookies under their own policies. The site does not embed third-party content in its page templates (videos, maps, social buttons, analytics or advertising tools).
How to manage or delete cookies
You can delete or block cookies and stored data from your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, the site's forms may not work.

The data controller and contact details are in the privacy policy.
