NumbersBy.ai is a desktop app for macOS and Windows. Type a question in English or Italian, the way you would ask a colleague. You get an answer explained in words, with the chart and the query used to find it.
Your data, where it already lives
The app connects to your PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server and SQLite databases, to Word and PDF documents and to REST and JSON APIs. Excel and CSV files too. Queries are read-only: the app does not change your data.
Privacy
Personal data is pseudonymised on your computer before it reaches the AI. You can also use an AI model that runs locally, with Ollama.
A dashboard that updates itself
Pin the charts, counters and tables you need to the dashboard. They update without using the AI and you can export them as a PDF report.
