Free first consultation: where can AI help you?
Documents to summarise, questions that keep coming back, data to move by hand, reports to prepare. In many businesses these are hours that could be better spent. Tell me how you work today: I'll tell you whether AI can help and where it makes sense to start.

-
Summarising documents. Contracts, minutes, long emails: the key point, with a link back to the original text.
-
Answering repetitive questions. Customers and colleagues keep asking the same things. An assistant answers with your company's information and hands over to a person when needed.
-
No more data copied by hand. From invoices, orders and forms, data reaches your management software without being retyped.
-
Preparing reports. The figures you put together by hand today arrive ready, every week or every month.
A few examples
Social media and ads managed automatically. AI agents prepare posts and ads, publish them at the right time and collect the results. You approve everything before it goes out. It's how I also manage Ailligence's social media and ads.
A second brain for your company. An intelligent archive holding everything your company knows: procedures, documents, decisions. Ask a question in your own words and you find the answer, with a link to the document it comes from.
An assistant for customers and colleagues. It searches the right documents first, then answers. If it can't find the answer, it says so and passes the question to a person.
Emails sorted for you. Incoming requests are read, grouped by topic and forwarded to the right person, with a draft reply ready.
What you get
A feasibility assessment: where AI makes sense in your business, where it's best to start and what isn't worth doing. The consultation is free and puts you under no obligation.
What I've already built
Some projects, described without names:
- An AI assistant that searches well first, then answers
- The AI assistant that protects sensitive data
- Payslips that deliver themselves, with proof they were read
- Changing management software without re-entering data by hand
- The consultant changes the file, the management reporting doesn't
